Man Accused Of Being The Shooter, Tells A Different Side Of The Story

A man has been accused of being the shooter  with his picture being plastered all over the news.

However, he has come out to tell the different story.

He said he had nothing to do with anything but claims police lying to get him busted for what he didn't do.
