Lagos Rank World's 2nd Worst City To Live In

This is according to a report released yesterday by The Economist Intelligence Unit.

Lagos placed 138th out of 140 cities ranked in the lastest liveability survey, just above war-ravaged Tripoli and Damascus.

According to the report, the top 5 best to live in include : Melbourne, Australia;Vienna, Austia, Vancouver, Canada.

The liveability survey assesses locations around 5he world that provide the best or the worst living condition across five broad categories, which incudes:
Stability, Culture , Environment, Education and Infrastructure.
